1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AUTONOMOUS website, registering for the event, or purchasing any ticket, sponsorship, or participation package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media representatives, and any other participants.
Frontier Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. The Event
AUTONOMOUS is a one-day commercial conference for the robotics and physical AI industry, produced by Frontier Media. The inaugural event takes place on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Hotel X, San Francisco, CA.

Frontier Media reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, format, or venue where necessary. Material changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. Registration and Tickets
3.1 Ticket Types
AUTONOMOUS operates a single-pass model. General Admission grants full-day access to both stages, all four content tracks, the structured networking lunch, the sponsor demo floor, and the evening reception.

3.2 Registration Requirements
To register, you must provide accurate and complete information. AUTONOMOUS is designed for professionals in the robotics and physical AI ecosystem. Frontier Media reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations that do not meet the event’s professional profile, with a full refund issued in such cases.
Admission is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
3.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another named individual once, with prior written notice to Frontier Media. The transfer must be requested no later than 14 days before the event. Transferred tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1 Payment
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment platform. Prices are listed in US dollars. Frontier Media does not store payment card details.
4.2 Refund Policy
The following refund schedule applies to all purchases, including tickets, sponsorship packages, and any add-ons:
This policy applies without exception regardless of circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, speaker changes, or program adjustments that do not constitute a material change to the event.
4.3 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If AUTONOMOUS is cancelled or rescheduled by Frontier Media due to circumstances within our control, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date. If the event is affected by circumstances beyond our control (see Section 11: Force Majeure), refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Sponsorships and Exhibitors
5.1 Sponsor Packages
Sponsorship packages are governed by a separate Sponsorship Agreement between the sponsor and Frontier Media. These Terms apply in addition to and alongside any Sponsorship Agreement.
5.2 Booth and Demo Space
Sponsor booth and demo space is assigned solely to the contracting company. Sharing of booth space, co-branding with non-sponsoring entities, or display of third-party logos within assigned sponsor areas is not permitted without prior written approval from Frontier Media.
5.3 Speaker Participation via Sponsorship
Speaker slots included as part of a sponsorship package are subject to review and approval by Frontier Media. Approval is not automatic. Frontier Media retains sole discretion over programming decisions to maintain content quality for attendees.
If an approved speaker is unable to participate, any proposed substitute must receive prior written approval from Frontier Media. If no acceptable substitute is identified, Frontier Media will assign the most appropriate replacement at its discretion.
6. Speaker Participation
All speaker applications and nominations are subject to review and approval by Frontier Media. Participation as a speaker does not confer any right to editorial control over session format, moderation, or programming decisions.

Frontier Media reserves the right to reschedule or remove speakers from the program where content does not meet the standards of the event.
7. Media and Recording Policy
AUTONOMOUS invests in professional media production as a core component of the event. By attending, registering, or participating in AUTONOMOUS in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree that:
If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event at hello@autonomous.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though this cannot be guaranteed in a live event environment.
Press credentials are offered to select journalists covering robotics and physical AI. Credentialed press agree to Frontier Media’s press guidelines, provided at accreditation.
8. Attendee Conduct
AUTONOMOUS is a professional event. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner throughout the event, including evening reception and any affiliated side events.
The following conduct is not permitted:
Frontier Media reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for violations of this code of conduct. Decisions made under this provision are final.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, session materials, and media produced by or for AUTONOMOUS and Frontier Media are the intellectual property of Frontier Media or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Speakers retain ownership of their own presentation materials. By participating, speakers grant Frontier Media a non-exclusive license to record, reproduce, and distribute their session content through the AUTONOMOUS platform and in sponsor media packages.
Sponsors retain ownership of their own brand assets and any content they bring to the event. Frontier Media is granted a limited license to use sponsor logos and brand materials solely for event-related promotional purposes.
10. Privacy
Frontier Media collects personal information in connection with event registration, communications, and participation. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Attendee lists may be shared with sponsors in aggregate or summary form only, unless you have explicitly opted in to direct data sharing.

11. Force Majeure
Frontier Media is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, or critical infrastructure failures.
In the event of a force majeure situation, Frontier Media will communicate with registered attendees and sponsors as quickly as possible and will work in good faith to find appropriate remedies, which may include rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Media and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in AUTONOMOUS or use of our website and services.
Our total liability to any individual in connection with AUTONOMOUS is limited to the amount paid by that individual for their ticket or package.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Media, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in AUTONOMOUS, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
