BEAR ROBOTICS
John Ha is the Founder and CEO of Bear Robotics, a Silicon Valley-based pioneer in autonomous robotics platforms. An engineer-turned-entrepreneur with a background in Computer Science research at Google and Intel, John has transitioned from elite software engineering to building one of the most successful Embodied AI ecosystems in the world. While much of the industry remains in the simulation phase, John has successfully scaled robotics solutions from hospitality to logistics on a global scale—deploying thousands of robots that navigate complex, high-traffic human environments daily. Backed by strategic investment from global titans including SoftBank and LG Electronics, John is a leading strategist on building defensible hardware moats powered by software-defined autonomy. At AUTONOMOUS, he brings a pragmatic perspective on the technical and operational realities of moving Physical AI from a laboratory prototype to a multi-continent, revenue-generating fleet.
