Ricky Stephens is the Head of Business Development at Reservoir, the world’s first on-farm hardware & robotics incubator, where he manages startup engagement in an effort to accelerate development, testing, and GTM of gamechanging AgTech. Previously, Ricky managed corporate partnerships as Sr. Manager of Corporate Innovation at SVG Ventures-THRIVE, working with companies across the value chain including BASF, Driscoll’s, Kagome, Krone, and more. Ricky started his career at global media tech company Red Ventures and later got his start in the AgTech world in 2017, eventually selling a business to CEA consulting firm, Agritecture, and leading their digital division. He holds a BA in History from Davidson College.
