Leo Carvalho is Chief Global Strategy Officer at Solinftec, a robotics and artificial intelligence company applied to agriculture, with operations in 14 countries. A mechatronics engineer with over a decade dedicated to the intersection of technology and agriculture, Leo has led Solinftec’s international expansion and the development of Solix, an autonomous robot with embedded AI, now operating at scale across millions of hectares and recognized as one of the most advanced solutions in the sector globally. Throughout his career, he has built markets, commercial teams, and strategic partnerships across three continents, led investment fundraising rounds, and worked directly on public affairs agendas with governments and multilateral organizations in Brazil, the United States, and Canada, connecting technological innovation with public policy and capital. He believes that artificial intelligence and robotics are redefining the foundations of global agriculture and dedicates his career to ensuring that Solinftec leads that movement.
