Rajesh Radhakrishnan is an AI and robotics leader with over 15 years of experience across agricultural robotics, autonomous vehicles, and last-mile delivery robots. He was the first co-founding engineer at Blue River Technology, where his work on AI and computer vision helped drive its landmark acquisition by John Deere, which remains to this day the largest Ag robotics acquisition. After the acquisition, he was part of the core leadership team that started John Deere’s autonomous tractor vertical and commercialized its first autonomous tractors in just three years. He later served as Director of Product and Engineering at Ghost Autonomy. Today, Rajesh leads last-mile delivery innovation at Serve Robotics (Nasdaq: SERV) and advises emerging robotics startups.
